Inspection Experts, Inc., a facilities management firm, is seeking a Proposal Writer with a proven track record in developing clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal content for government and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing proposal documentation, interpreting RFP requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and producing high-quality written materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support priority bid opportunities for new business pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Write, edit, and organize proposal content, including technical narratives, resumes, project descriptions, and supporting materials to create clear, persuasive, and compliant submissions.
  • Synthesize input from multiple contributors and present content in a consistent, unified voice.
  • Translate complex technical and operational information into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure all written materials are grammatically correct, well-structured, and formatted according to RFP/RFI requirements.
  • Review RFPs, RFIs, and related documents to identify requirements, instructions, evaluation criteria, and compliance needs.
  • Extract and prioritize key information from meetings, discussions, and reference documents.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams by asking targeted questions to gather accurate content and clarify client needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and graphic designers to develop complete proposal packages.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities as business needs shift.
  • Apply strong organizational and time-management skills to track assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
