Primay Job Duties & Responsibilities / You Will Make an Impact By:
  • Developing and maintaining enterprise VBC results, outcomes, proof points, case studies, and success stories across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid businesses.
  • Partnering with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operational teams to identify, validate, and communicate the impact of Aetna's VBC initiatives.
  • Leading VBC content strategy and strategic positioning for sales pursuits, client engagements, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, Network Development, Proposal Management, and Account Management teams to develop differentiated VBC messaging and presentations.
  • Creating and maintaining standard and customized VBC value story content, including executive presentations, marketing materials, proposals, thought leadership assets, and client-facing communications.
  • Ensuring consistent VBC messaging across lines of business while tailoring content for customers, providers, prospects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Advancing Aetna's VBC thought leadership through conferences, publications, webinars, executive speaking opportunities, and other external engagement activities.
  • Monitoring industry trends, emerging payment models, competitive activity, and market dynamics to inform messaging, positioning, and strategic priorities.
  • Leading internal communication efforts that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of Aetna's VBC strategy and accomplishments.
  • Serving as a subject matter resource and strategic advisor on Aetna's VBC strategy, results, and market differentiation.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development experience.
  • Experience communicating the value of value-based care, population health, provider engagement, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success developing executive presentations, strategic communications, thought leadership materials, and/or RFP responses.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts, data, and strategies into compelling business narratives.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
