Due to Satterfield & Pontikes continued growth we are adding a Proposal Manager to our Austin team. In this role you will manage the end-to-end development of compelling, client-focused proposals that align with strategic business goals and brand standards. Lead pursuit teams through planning, content development, and quality review processes to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Deliver RFQs and RFPs accurately and on time.
  • Deliver qualifications packages and other business development deliverables accurately and on time
  • Deliver interview materials and support the preparation of the interview team
  • Support the maintenance of CRM, OpenAsset, Joist AI and Adobe CC Libraries
  • Support other business development or marketing deliverables as needed
  • Assist with company events as needed
  • Assist with graphics, photography or videography projects as needed
  • Support the quality review of other team members' deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of architecture, engineering or construction industry proposal development/management experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, consistently delivering results with minimal oversight
  • Highly collaborative and team focused mindset
  • Exceptional graphics, written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Strong professional, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, consistently meeting deadline
  • Ability to maintain discretion/confidentiality at all times

Physical Activities and Requirements
  • May require lifting and carrying light loads, 10 or more pounds (e.g., boxes, small equipment, materials) and stooping or kneeling (e.g., filing documents in lower file drawers, picking up items from the floor, or removing and replacing items on lower shelving).
  • Strong manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, copiers, etc.).
  • Activities include extended periods of sitting, movement, and extensive work at a computer and phone.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
