The Opportunity
As a Senior Proposal Coordinator, you'll lead proposal efforts from kickoff through submission, partnering with engineers, technical leaders, and subject matter experts to develop client-focused, compliant, and visually compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead proposal development activities, including kickoff meetings, schedules, reviews, production, and interview preparation.
- Guide teams in developing win themes, client-focused messaging, and strategic content.
- Create and format proposal documents using Adobe InDesign.
- Coordinate graphic development and contribute simple graphics and visual concepts.
- Research, gather, and develop proposal content, including drafting non-technical sections.
- Manage pursuit schedules, milestones, and compliance requirements.
- Review and edit proposals for clarity, quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Support multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Coordinate interview presentations, resumes, project descriptions, organizational charts, and other proposal materials.
- Facilitate proposal meetings and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) environment.

- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years related experience
