Job description

The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of managing the day-to-day operations at our Forest Creek Apartment community located in South Austin. Some areas of responsibility for this position include training and managing staff, financial tracking and reporting, overseeing community maintenance, rent collection and maintaining high occupancy levels through positive resident relations.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years prior experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family housing industry
  • Great computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Solid organizational skills and leadership abilities
  • Excellent resident relations and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Experience with Yardi and Payscan software preferred
  • Experience with Property Solution preferred
