POSITION SUMMARY

Great Western Lodging is seeking a dependable Property Services Technician to join our team in Breckenridge, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting units, identifying and documenting issues, coordinating and performing small repairs, and maintaining essential property inventory. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and ready for guest and owner arrivals.

This position plays a key part in our day-to-day operations. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through on tasks will directly support the quality and consistency of our homes. As part of the Great Western Lodging team, you’ll contribute to the reliable, guest-focused experience that defines our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and repairs.

  • Maintain units to Great Western standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.

  • Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.

  • Warehouse organization and tracking- laundry and unit inventory.

  • Remain available and responsive across all platforms throughout the workday (Teams, Breezeway, Track)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years old, have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

  • Previous experience in hospitality or the short term rental industry is preferred.

  • Must have attention to detail and be organized.

  • Must be tech savvy and able to use softwares and apps
