As the Assistant Property Manager, you perform and manage various office duties as well as provided quality services to residents. and families of the residents The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the daily operations of a multi family residential property. This role assists with resident relations, leasing, administrative functions, and financial activities while helping maintain property standards, compliance, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, customer focused, and capable of balancing administrative and operational responsibilities in a fast paced property environment. Working Hours Typically, FT40, Monday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Property office hours may vary from property to property.
