Job Description:
Property Operations Specialist – Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Property Operations Specialist to help maintain, improve, and renovate our portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who is skilled with tools, enjoys working on different projects, and can handle a wide variety of construction, maintenance, and property-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Installing trim, doors, hardware, cabinets, and fixtures
  • General carpentry and handyman work
  • Drywall repairs and patching
  • Painting and finishing work
  • Light demolition and renovation work
  • Property maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with residential and commercial build-outs
  • Picking up and delivering materials
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors when needed
  • Jobsite cleanup and organization
  • Completing punch-list items
  • Troubleshooting property issues
  • Moving between different properties and renovation projects
  • Handling miscellaneous projects and tasks as they come up

Projects range from small repairs that take a few hours to larger renovations lasting several weeks or months, so every week can be different.

What We're Looking For:

Construction, carpentry, handyman, maintenance, or remodeling experience is preferred. More importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good judgment, and a willingness to learn.

Full-time position with steady work across residential and commercial properties and room to take on more responsibility as the company grows.

Company Description

About Us

We’re a fast-growing, hands-on real estate company that buys, renovates, and reimagines properties across Northern Illinois. From single-family homes to commercial buildings, our projects span everything from full gut rehabs to cosmetic flips. We specialize in value-add real estate—whether that means updating a historic home, building out modern salon suites, converting old office space, or managing high-end short-term rentals.

Our portfolio includes:

Residential flips and long-term rentals

Short-term vacation rentals with premium finishes

Commercial properties, including private office spaces and salon suites

We take pride in quality craftsmanship, efficient project timelines, and creating spaces people love to live and work in. Our work environment is energetic, practical, and focused on results—but we also value the tradition of tradesmen who take pride in doing things the right way.

We're currently expanding and looking to add skilled and reliable tradesmen to our renovation crews. If you're a drywall installer, painter, general laborer, or all-around fixer who enjoys working on a variety of projects—get in touch. We have consistent work and a solid team that values good attitudes and strong work ethic.
