Northrop Grumman is looking for you to join our team as a Property Asset Management Analyst based out of Cincinnati, OH. This position is full-time onsite and offers the 9/80 schedule.

What You Will Get To Do:

Oversee, manage, and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure customer and US Government property both on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintains property accountability records, determine condition, and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Conduct internal and external property assessments to analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management. Responsible for development, recommendation, and implementation property management policy.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Review and update property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material review, physical inventory planning, contract annual government property reports (AGPR), PIEE GFP module status, and other reports, as needed.

  • Conduct property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites. Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.

  • Frequently interact with both internal and external customers, and government regulatory agencies.

  • Support various Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits, and AS9100 audits.

  • Assist program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle.

  • Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary.

  • Maintain property accountability records, determine condition of assets, arrange disposal of surplus/obsolete material.

  • Occasional irregular hours and travel may be required for the role.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time management experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in property/asset management or related field (i.e. inventory); OR a Master's degree with a minimum or 1 year of experience in property/asset management or related field (i.e. inventory).

  • Will consider 6 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).

  • US citizenship is required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret Security Clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications;

  • 1ERP/SAP experience Familiarity with Automated Property Management

  • Combined experience in property management, material/equipment control, inventory, requisitioning/purchasing, logistics, and management experience.

  • Experience creating, monitoring and reporting on all property operations metrics.

  • Experience supporting U.S. government customers & contracts

  • Experience with FAR/DFAR.

  • Internal and external audit experience.

  • Strong quality assurance/control experience.

  • A current/active US Government Top Secret security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $62,700.00 - $94,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
