Job description

The Property Manager will oversee a diverse mixed-use portfolio, ensuring excellent tenant relations and effective property operations. Reporting directly to the property owner, this role requires hands-on management of leases, maintenance coordination, tenant screening, and rent collection. Proficiency with property management software, particularly AppFolio, is essential to track operations and communications efficiently. This position demands strong organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of tenant satisfaction and property upkeep, with no travel required.

30 hours per week -Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relations to foster positive communication and resolve issues promptly
  • Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and supervise vendor services
  • Conduct tenant screening and process applications efficiently
  • Oversee rent collection and manage payment records

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in property management
  • 1+ years of experience with Appfolio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in tenant relations and lease administration
  • Experience with property maintenance coordination and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
