Job description

A well-known and family-owned property management company is looking for an on-site Property

Manager for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will be experienced, dependable, personable, and

responsible. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be well organized, and be able to complete tasks or projects within stated time frames.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the day to day operations of the apartment complex, helping to develop annual operating and capital budgets, reviewing and approving invoices, vetting contractors working on property, analyzing accounts receivables reports, preparing and presenting agendas for monthly board meetings, coordinating repairs projects with onsite maintenance staff, fielding homeowner requests and concerns, and many other obligations necessary to running the daily operations of a large apartment building.
