Job description

Location: Parkside at South Tryon Apartments; Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday; weekend availability required)

Compensation: $80,000–$83,000 / year (commensurate with certifications & experience)

Incentives: Quarterly performance-based bonus program

Qualifications

  • Experience: Two or more years of multi-family property management experience as a Property Manager or 4 or more years as an Assistant Property Manager.
  • Proficiency with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Financial Skills: Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive NOI.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills; experience with property management software (Yardi is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and resolve resident concerns with compassion.
  • Education & Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. CAM or CPM certification is a plus.
