Job Description Summary
Primary responsibilities include leading and developing people, merchandising, budget controls, recruiting, hiring, retention, total controllable loss and store profitability. Additional key responsibilities include establishing revenue and expense objectives, implementing marketing programs, along with evaluation and growth of direct reports. This position has the financial and operational leadership responsibility for 10-15 stores in the geographical area. The Market Manager in Training supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service and work efficiency
