Job description

Monarch Investment is seeking a career-oriented Roving Assistant Property Manager to work with our winning team at our 6 properties in Rochester, MN. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring team adherence to all Monarch policies and best practices.
  • Ensuring proper use of all standard documents and forms (Leases, Applicants, Renewals, etc.).
  • Leasing properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels, per owner guidelines.
  • Capturing desired tenant renewals at the highest rate possible.
  • Managing delinquency of rental and other income (including posting/collecting/tracking relevant information, consistently attempting to collect “Bad Debt” prior to write offs, etc.).
  • Responding timely to resident requests and complaints.
  • Signing new and renewal lease documents / files as needed.
  • Maintaining and organizing records and files based on company and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest impact. 
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 2+ years’ experience in multi-family housing.
  • Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI).
  • General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines.
  • Consistent successful application of fair housing and other legal requirements for leasing and marketing property/units. 
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $23 -$26 per hour
