About Your Program
You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3-6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
If you're looking to kick-start your career in HR, this internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting employees across multiple Atalanta sites.
  • Your Own Corner of HR: You'll get to be the go-to HR support for 2-3 warehouses at our Atalanta sites. Don't worry, you won't be flying solo-our HR Lead will be right there as your mentor and partner every step of the way.
  • The Employee Journey: Learn the ropes of how HR actually works from start to finish. You'll help out with everything from welcoming new hires during onboarding to assisting with performance reviews and offboarding.
  • The Essentials: Get hands-on experience with the operational side of HR by helping review timecards and keeping our attendance tracking accurate and compliant.
  • People and Culture: Learn how to navigate workplace dynamics. You'll assist leadership in looking into employee questions and documenting situations, gaining invaluable conflict-resolution skills.
  • Be the Guide: Become a trusted resource by helping managers and team members understand company policies and basic employment guidelines.

About You
  • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in Human Resources Bachelor/Masters degree or a related field
  • Chinese language skills are preferred, English language is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and task completion.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to learn new systems such as HRIS, ERP, and payroll/timekeeping systems.
