The Residential Assistant Manager is a gatekeeper of accuracy and ensures accounting and administrative functions are conducted with precision. The Assistant Manager is a team leader and offers coaching and support to associates. They lead the team by example and ensure service and sales standards exceed customer expectation as well as ensure the property achieves established financial and operational goals.
