Front Desk & Property Management Assistant
Part-Time
$23/hour
Schedule: 24 hours per week; Sunday required, other days negotiable.

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Property Management Assistant to join our real estate and property management office. 
This is a front-office position with regular interaction with clients, tenants, prospective tenants, vendors, and other visitors, both in person and by telephone. The right person will be professional and welcoming while also being organized, accurate, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients, tenants, vendors, and visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Responding to tenant questions and requests
  • Receiving and processing rent payments and providing receipts
  • Handling maintenance requests and coordinating follow-up
  • Assisting with lease extensions and other lease-related paperwork
  • Assisting with holding deposits and rental documentation
  • Responding to calls and inquiries from prospective tenants
  • Scheduling showings of available rental properties
  • Communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, vendors, and property management staff
  • Assisting with general property management and real estate administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and following up on outstanding items
  • Performing other front-office and administrative duties as needed
