Job description

Maintenance Techs will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including identifying the need for repairs, responding to guests’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.

To be an effective Maintenance Tech, the candidate needs to be skilled, hard-working and have outstanding problem-solving abilities. Physical stamina and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidate’s talents.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool & spa (minor repairs)
  • Troubleshoot and repair company machinery equipment or appliances
  • While walking throughout the property, make note of items in need of attention
  • Respond to guest room calls/maintenance calls in a timely manner
  • Keep all maintenance storage areas neat and clean
  • Be an active participant in inventory control

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification required
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Must be a team player
