We are looking for a Property Manager who embodies professionalism, empathy, and ownership. You will be at the heart of a residential community, supporting residents, ensuring smooth operations, and taking pride in everything at your property.


As a Property Manager, you will:

  • Drive Leasing Performance: You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining strong occupancy levels by promptly following up with prospective residents, conducting effective property tours, and converting leads into applications. Leveraging the CRM, you will manage your leasing pipeline and collaborate with other departments to drive results and treat each property as your own.
  • Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences: As the primary point of contact for residents, you will ensure all communications are timely, professional, and empathetic. You will create a seamless move-in experience, support high resident satisfaction, and work proactively to retain residents.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: You will take ownership of the property's physical condition and daily operations through regular inspections, coordination with maintenance teams, and enforcement of cleanliness and safety standards. You will manage rent collection, address delinquency issues promptly, and contribute to strategic performance improvements.
  • Be a Cultural Champion: You will embody and promote company values, Extreme Ownership, Cover & Move, Discipline = Freedom, and Customer Service, by taking accountability, collaborating effectively across teams, maintaining high standards, and consistently delivering fast, thoughtful and resident focused service.

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Technical savvy—you’re comfortable navigating multiple systems and browsers.
  • Availability Monday-Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm CST).
  • Passionate about Sales and Customer Service.
