Job description

Associated Property Counselors, LTD is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and professional Registration Clerk to support the company's administrative and property-related operations.


The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, good written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process registration.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client, property, tenant, owner, and vendor information in company databases and records.
  • Verify information provided on registration forms, applications, contracts, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical property records.
  • Update records relevant information changes.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of property registration and administrative documents.
  • Provide clear information regarding registration procedures, documentation requirements, fees, and deadlines.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, inspections, meetings, and other property-related activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, notices, and other administrative documents.
  • Scan, photocopy, upload, distribute, and archive documents as required.
  • Track outstanding documents and follow up with clients or relevant parties when information is incomplete.
  • Maintain accurate records of registrations, applications, property files, and administrative transactions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Diploma, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree, or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Office Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in clerical administration, property management, real estate, registration, records management, customer service, or data entry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with property-management software, CRM systems, databases, or document-management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
