Job description

Smartland manages 1,400+ apartments and single-family homes across Cleveland and is hiring a results-driven Property Manager to lead a 300+ unit residential portfolio.

This is a leadership role responsible for occupancy, collections, team performance, and resident satisfaction. You will work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to protect and grow asset value.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • On-call rotation required
  • Occasional evenings/weekends
