Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings that accurately evaluate clients' mental health issues and inform personalized treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies that address each client's unique needs, focusing on their goals and preferences.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, ensuring effective and impactful treatment delivery.
• Collaborate with diverse members of the treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated mental health care.
• Educate and guide clients' families to enhance their understanding of mental health issues, facilitating an active role in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records in strict alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, providing care to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. As a therapist, you will appreciate the vibrancy of working with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, allowing you to broaden your clinical experience and cultural competence.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology in Maryland is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A documented background in mental health counseling with specialized training and experience in therapeutic modalities.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based practices for treating a range of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional skills in therapy and counseling, consistently building rapport and motivating clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Proficient communication and teamwork abilities that enhance collaboration with the treatment team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique cultural contexts in relation to mental health.
• Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and methodologies in a remote care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• At Resolute Healthcare Clinic, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications.
