Maintenance/Grounds Team Supervisor Job Description REPORTS TO General Manager, Regional Manager and/or Owner(s)POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring the general maintenance and upkeep of the campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds are kept to KOA standards. Delegating specific tasks to employees and following up on their progress.SPECIFIC DUTIES Complete as well as oversee carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager or the owner(s).Oversee daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as instituted by the Campground Manager or the owner(s), including the pool/spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, garbage pick-up, propane pumping, game machine, propane grills, laundry servicing and various other campground equipment upkeep. Comply with all KOA, federal, state and local safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground customers. Provide superior customer service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests needs. Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the Campground Manager or the owner(s).
