Job description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a well-organized and detailed individual to coordinate the daily movement of fuel and energy products to ensure safe, accurate, and timely deliveries to customers and company locations. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office and play an integral role in providing our customers with the petroleum and propane energy services they need.
Core responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily fuel deliveries
  • Build efficient delivery schedules based on customer needs, product requirements, driver and/or equipment availability, and geography
  • Monitor deliveries throughout the day and make adjustments as conditions change
  • Communicate route changes, customer priorities, delivery instructions, and other important information to drivers
  • Maintain accurate information within dispatch, fleet management, and ERP systems

  • Willingness to learn the fuel and energy transportation business
  • Understanding of DOT regulations preferred
