What is the difference between Proofreading Books vs Copy Editing Books?
| Aspect | Proofreading Books | Copy Editing Books |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Focus | Correcting grammar, punctuation, spelling | Improving clarity, style, structure |
| Skills Needed | Attention to detail, grammar expertise | Writing, editing, rewriting skills |
| Work Environment | Freelance, publishing houses, editing firms | Publishing houses, freelance, editing agencies |
