What will your day look like?

As our new Solutions Architect -specialising in adobe campaign, you will be responsible for supervising the architecture of full solutions, including all products used within a marketing cloud and related integrations. You will act as a strategic technical leader, working closely with stakeholders to understand complex business needs and develop technical documentation and solutions that align with those needs across multiple marketing technologies. Your role will involve ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations across integrated systems.

More specifically, you will:

  • Strategically design and architect blueprints for projects that involve one or more products within a single marketing cloud (adobe), always maximizing marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Design data integrations between different marketing technologies, ensuring data is consistent, accurate, and complies with data privacy regulations across systems.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their potential impact on existing systems and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Design solutions that enable data to be analyzed across multiple marketing technologies, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure that technical solutions are properly utilized together, leveraging the unique capabilities from each platform and ensuring configurations address specific business requirements in accordance with the client strategy.
  • Manage data & system governance and integrations for the corresponding marketing cloud, ensuring the future-proofing of products and operations in scope.
  • Propose ideas for improving or optimizing existing integrated marketing solutions, including the utilization of new features and modules.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to data security standards, privacy regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA), and company policies.
  • Solve complex challenges that involve multiple products, focusing on scalability and performance, with a client-minded approach.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise within the marketing technology ecosystem, often acting as a point of escalation for complex problems.
  • Collaborate with different client departments to understand their goals, challenges, and processes, and translate these requirements into technical solutions that apply across multiple products.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, staying aware of the latest MarTech trends (per industry) to continuously drive innovation.
  • Elaborate architecture solutions and diagrams for covering complex client use cases.
  • Build impact assessments to identify the feasibility of certain solutions and measure improvement uplift.
  • Design and operationalize batch, stream, and real-time data integrations.

You join the technical leadership team, collaborating closely with Architects, Developers, and Technical Project Managers within our 100+ strong technical department. You will also work extensively with account teams, Data Specialists, and our clients' technical leadership, acting as a key technical liaison.

As a person, you are a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and an influential communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You possess a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle and can translate sophisticated business requirements into robust, scalable, and integrated technical solutions. You are adept at utilizing all MAP expertise and WoW to support client technical leadership.

In addition, you have:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in a Solutions Architect or Lead Technical Consultant role, with extensive experience in Adobe campaign. 
  • Ability to  design and maximize the use of : Adobe Campaign, RTCDP, AJO, CJA and AEP (data management)
  • Knowledge to discuss and support: AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target
  • Proven experience in strategic technical planning, including vendor investigation, evaluation, and recommendations.
  • Deep expertise in designing and integrating multiple marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other CRM, analytics, or advertising platforms).
  • Extensive knowledge of technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Expertise in Workflow Engines, advanced database design and modeling, and data governance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements, manage complex project deadlines, and ensure solutions are delivered within agreed budgets and scope.
  • A strong understanding of data security standards, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and their application in marketing technology solutions.
  • A track record of identifying opportunities for system enhancements and driving innovation by staying abreast of the latest MarTech trends.
