Job description

Executive Assistant – Full Time

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and facility management support to the Executive Director of CCHS. This is a full-time position.

Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4 years' experience supporting executives
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Adept at learning new software
  • Attention to detail (including proof-reading/grammar and spelling)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience trouble-shooting issues with computers and printers
  • Experience contacting vendors for services
  • Must be well-organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Responsibilities include:

  • Enters donations into donor management software and generates donor acknowledgements
  • Prepares weekly bank deposits
  • Manages inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Serves as point-of-contact for IT support
  • Assists the Director with various aspects of facility management, maintenance, and HR
  • Makes arrangements for the Society's annual meeting
  • Other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned
