Overview
Paramount's Products, Publishing & Experiences (PP&E) team is seeking a Manager, Consumer Packaged Goods & Promotions to support the execution of high-impact partnerships across CPG and promotional categories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is enthusiastic about bringing iconic entertainment brands to life through consumer-facing programs. You'll manage day-to-day partner relationships, drive program execution, and contribute to revenue growth across key categories including Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, and Promotions. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help deliver integrated, franchise-driven campaigns tied to Paramount's portfolio spanning Kids & Family, theatrical releases, and adult-focused brands.
 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
 
Account & Partner Management
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners across Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, and Promotions 
  • Support the growth and development of licensed and category partnerships 
  • Ensure timely execution of partnership deliverables and programs 
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization 
Business & Financial Management
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking across accounts 
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities within existing partnerships
  •  Contribute to business reviews and performance reporting 
  • Program Execution & Franchise Integration
  • Execute CPG and promotional programs aligned with franchise priorities and release calendars 
  • Partner with internal teams (franchise, marketing, retail, and other business units) to ensure alignment 
  • Support integrated campaigns tied to key brand moments and theatrical releases
Category & Portfolio Support
  • Support execution across Health & Beauty and Promotions categories
  • Assist in managing Food & Beverage partnerships, including complex program coordination 
  • Contribute to emerging business areas such as Cinema Concessions 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, legal, finance, and retail teams to deliver seamless execution
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders 
  • Identify and help address operational challenges
Team & Culture
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment 
  • Take ownership of projects and key deliverables 
  • Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Promotions, Licensing, or related fields
  • Experience in account management, partnership management, or business development

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 120,000.00. 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
