  • Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift

  • Salary: $119,664 - $149,580 plus target bonus

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead supply chain planning for a US division, including inventory management, promotional and new product planning, item/vendor maintenance, supplier collaboration, purchasing, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with multiple distribution centers 

  • Provide leadership and coaching to supply chain planners, ensuring the team focuses on cross-functional collaboration with supply chain partners and key stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships

  • Continuously improve the supply chain to meet customer needs, establish annual goals aligned with corporate objectives, and manage performance

  • Ensure end-to-end product supply is managed by identifying risks and developing contingency supply strategies to guarantee continuity

  • Collaborate with the inbound freight and logistics function on network design and efficient operations, managing the flow of goods between suppliers and distribution centers to ensure adequate stocking

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
