Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
  • Support and manage development of marketing campaign materials, inclusive of copy and design, with relevant cross-functional stakeholders, ie, websites, print pieces, social media, and digital materials
  • Work with Veeva Vault coordinator to ensure Promotional Review Committee oversight; and oversee production process as well as rollout to stakeholders.
  • Launch finished materials for stakeholder usage, inclusive of uploading to various online portals, field communications, and sharing documents with other internal teams for consistent use.
  • Track and share monthly reporting of material usage, campaign performance, and management of inventory.
  • Support Associate Director of Brand Marketing with strategic initiatives, inclusive of development, project plan management, and launch activities
  • Active communication with the Associate Director of Brand Marketing, inclusive of problem/solution management, project development updates, and regular 1:1s
  • Support and manage all communication with agency partners and relevant cross-functional stakeholders, such as the creative agency, medical affairs, and legal
  • Manage development and launch timeline/deadlines, actively communicate with relevant stakeholders on progress and completion
  • Support the Neocutis Brand team as needed, inclusive of contract submissions, invoice routing, and travel arrangements
  • Support Brand Marketing team as needed, inclusive of scheduling meetings, agenda management, note taking, and communication with stakeholders
  • Craft and deliver field communications as needed, collaborating with the sales/marketing communication team
  • Partner with agencies to deliver best-in-class services/support to the greater Marketing team. 
  • Assess consumer and provider trends, competition, and opportunities/risks; draft plans to address them effectively.
  • Develop briefing materials that identify strategic objectives and KPIs and articulate desired outcomes for the direct-to-consumer audience.
  • Provide systematic and dependable follow-up, as well as a high level of organization and preparedness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder.
  • Display excellent communication skills, including informative progress updates, project briefing documents, and engaging presentations.
  • Displays engaging interpersonal skills, including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment, and a positive and energetic attitude.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Professional experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, agency, or project management
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience supporting digital advertising & paid media campaigns
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience utilizing analytics & reporting to make data-informed decisions and media optimizations
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience collaborating with creative agencies on content creation
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or skincare/beauty industry is Preferred
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
