You will primarily engage with clients through virtual teletherapy sessions, allowing accessibility for those who may face mobility or transportation challenges. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs and concerns.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in conjunction with clients, offering ongoing support and monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, employing technological platforms that ensure effective and secure communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our organization’s commitment to quality and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, keeping abreast of the latest practices in mental health counseling.

The individuals we serve at Promise Care Mental and Wellness Center present a diverse range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational conflicts. Our approach emphasizes a holistic understanding of each client’s unique circumstances, empowering them to cultivate resilience and achieve mental well-being.

• Must possess a current and valid state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, couple’s counseling, and psychodynamic therapy will find their skills particularly advantageous in this role. Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic technology platforms will further enhance your effectiveness in delivering remote care.
