Who is Casiola?
Casiola is a fast growing, full-service short term rental management company that manages 650+ vacation homes in Orlando, South Florida, Aruba, Tampa Bay, Houston, Spain and other destinations. Our homes range from 2 bedroom condos to 15+ bedroom villas with a pool. Our goal is to manage 1,000+ vacation homes by the end of 2026.
What You'll Do
  • Lead training and onboarding for Inspectors and Portfolio Managers.
  • Coach Inspectors, Portfolio Managers, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
  • Guide Portfolio Managers in identifying and tracking maintenance and vendor activities aligned with quality standards.
  • Define, implement, and monitor quality standards, SOPs, and inspection flows.
  • Develop and execute a Quality Plan based on real-time feedback, reviews, recoveries, and extra service opportunities.
  • Lead morning meetings and support cross-team alignment.
  • Oversee owner arrivals with an ownership lens.
  • Partner with Operations to review and follow up on 30/60/90-day plans.

What You Bring

  • Ability to inspire accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or operations leadership (preferred).
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
