Job Summary

As the Director, Security Management, you will ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors at ProMedica by organizing and coordinating Security operations at various ProMedica campuses. You will plan and maintain a protective and preventive security system and coordinate a visitor control and access procedure. In this role, you will develop and present the employee safety session at new employee general orientation. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Working knowledge of access control, video monitoring, visitor management and parking operations
  • 5 years management experience in the security field.
  • Valid Driver’s License and compliance with the driving criteria in risk management policy 125.43.
  • I.A.H.S.S. Supervisor Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • This role will require supervision of security over 3 teams, Fremont, Fostoria, and Defiance at this time.
