Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership updates, timeline tracking for early delivery/delay risk, and strategic decision-making using the client's internal tool, to provide leadership with clear visibility into emerging risks Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and equivalent dashboards to provide partner teams and leadership with real-time visibility into equipment deliveries, schedule performance, risk exposure, supplier constraints, and overall program health.

Build and maintain backend data structures and SQL-based data tables to support operational reporting, trend analysis, forecasting, and decision-making across regional and global infrastructure programs. Utilize advanced analytical and programming capabilities, such as Python and other scripting software - based data analysis and automation, to identify operational trends, streamline reporting processes, improve data quality, and generate actionable insights supporting large-scale infrastructure delivery. Apply strong program and project management and stakeholder management practices to coordinate competing priorities, communicate risks and opportunities, influence outcomes across diverse teams from inception through to completion.

Track equipment deliveries across multiple client data centers worldwide, optimizing delivery readiness in response to continuously evolving project conditions and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Act as the operational and communications backbone, supporting specialized engineering, construction, and commissioning teams across the client's Data Centers program. Support strategic initiative to streamline overall workflows across stakeholders by documenting process maps and laying out policies to reduce operational noise with dates and communication of risks.

Conduct site and product prioritization analysis, including anomaly detection and maintain intimate knowledge of all critical infrastructure component's delivery delays, large scale supplier issues and risk to meeting site completion dates. Serve as the primary point of contact for region-specific stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination across internal and external teams. Conduct prioritization straight line analyses to support scenario planning and risk mitigation based on dynamic monthly schedules, demand planning, supplier ability.
