Qualifications:
- Good communication, effective communication with clients, subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Solid computer skills included in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power-Point).
- Ability to modify PDFs.
- Ability to develop Excel formulas, V-Lookups and creating pivot tables
- Solid organizational skills
- Basic construction knowledge needed
- Fast learner, in a fast-paced environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
