Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

Events Team Coordinator

Role Summary

The Event Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, customer engagements, and internal programs. Working closely with lead planners and cross-functional stakeholders, this role is responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing vendors, supporting event operations, and ensuring successful execution before, during, and after each event. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable both behind the scenes and on the ground at live events.

What You'll Do:

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of conferences, customer events, and internal meetings
  • Assist with event timelines, project plans, and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate venue logistics, registrations, shipping schedules, catering, and event materials
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Support event budget tracking and expense reconciliation
  • Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Assist in coordination with event vendors, suppliers, venues, and service providers\
  • Assist with gathering quotes, processing purchase requests, and tracking vendor deliverables
  • Monitor vendor timelines and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, contracts, and event documentation
  • Team Operations & Coordination
  • Provide general operational support to the events team as needed

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, event support, marketing coordination, hospitality, project coordination, or a related field
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, tradeshows, or customer-facing programs preferred
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting corporate events
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Excel, or similar platforms
  • Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, or external partners

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $65,000-$92,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
