The IT Portfolio will consist of projects that align to supply chain, logistics and merchandising areas. We are looking for individuals that have built relationships. Act as a liaison between business units, Information Technology, and third party providers to identify and deliver system services and solutions to meet business objectives.

Project Management Leads all complex programs and projects For programs this individual will select, prioritize, link and align the projects \ tasks within the program along with their structural dependencies to help achieve optimum benefits of the program. This may include handling tasks that are involved in design and development when necessary Facilitating and making trade off decisions between quality, costs, resources, scope and time Undertakes strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation Responsible for planning and scheduling project goals, milestones and deliverables Project planning must include an integrated set of milestones and deliverables for business, IT, and third party activities. May include coordinating activities of other project managers, contract or third party.

Create a strategic roadmap that defines requirements and project life cycle Defines resources for project and program implementation Identifies and solves project risks and issues effectively Oversees and directs the project team managing conflicts within different groups Responsible for developing transition tasks to ensure operational objectives are met aftersolution deployed including but not limited to Service Level Agreements, Identification of Support Model, Operational Documentation, and Training. Delivers the project and works through remaining tasks to achieve/measure and document benefit for the project Accounting: Creates Project dashboards, including but not limited to tracking and reporting project status, team hours, financial metrics, and risks/issues. Managesproject budget of $2-5M.
