Job Description

The Project Execution Office (PEO) is a key engine in our journey towards a global, leading project-centric product-development organization, by owning project execution with talent pool of project manager and enhancing their capabilities. The Project Manager belongs to PEO and is responsible for independently planning and executing medium complex product development / technology development projects through the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis to launch.

All projects will involve leading multi-functional & possibly global core teams with both internal and external team members.

Job Duties

Responsibilities include the planning of all project deliverables, synchronization, and prioritization of Core Team activities. Scope includes driving the team in the development of a business case, management of the overall program schedule, resource requirements, risk assessment and project investment analysis and budget. The project manager is responsible for directly and indirectly driving project execution and all development efforts (internal and external) while ensuring that all project deliverables and efforts are connected and meet internal and external customer requirements and objectives. 

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional project experience, with a demonstrated track record in product development project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably in R&D, engineering.
  • Experience with applicable FDA/PMDA guidance, ISO 13485 regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling facilitation and the presentation of project related information.
  • Expert competency in personal time and task management, ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering.

Preferred:

  • Project Management qualifications desirable e.g., PMP/ Prince II certifications or equivalent.
  • Advanced degree preferably in Bio Medical Engineering, Med Tech, Business.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including, but not limited to:
    • Project and Portfolio management tools
    • Strategic Business Planning
    • Working within and leading the Core Team Model
    • Lean and Agile Product Development methodologies

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position in this location is $119,670.00 - $171,308.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
