Job Summary:

The Risk and Compliance Project Manager will manage projects related to compliance and cybersecurity, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope, including identification of key activities linked to compliance and cybersecurity requirements
• Manage the project timeline and project costs/resources
• Manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Leverage approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to improve project planning, reporting, risk analysis, documentation, stakeholder communications, and overall project delivery efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled solutions to compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, and project management processes while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Adhere to agreed project governance, steering, and change control processes
• Produce regular project reports and management updates
• Create and maintain project schedules and plans, and manage project tasks using standard InterSystems tools (AI tools, MS Project, MS Office, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence)
• Lead lessons learned activities and proactively implement lessons learned to new initiatives
• Promote the effective use of AI technologies to enhance project outcomes, support data-driven decision making, and improve operational efficiency across Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Clinical Safety initiatives.
• Lead compliance improvement projects to ensure the consistent development and implementation of interdepartmental and cross-functional team projects
• Apply InterSystems project and change management principles to project management and lead initiatives for continued improvements
• Lead in the management and maintenance of a strong change control process throughout the duration of projects
• Lead planning sessions to facilitate production of plans and deliverables
• Manage the completion of all tasks, including those of any third party partner according to the timeline
• Maintain focus on efficiency while managing the project time and costs/resources
• Provide advice and best practices to project team members
• Work proactively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and establish a culture of success and learning within the team
