About the Role

Were seeking a Project Manager to serve as a key connector across our Controls, Plumbing, and Engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and helping teams deliver fully integrated MEP projects. Youll play a hands-on role in planning, execution, and continuous improvement while gaining exposure to advanced workflows like VDC, BIM, and prefabrication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Align project scope, schedules, and deliverables across departments
  • Team Management: Plan manpower, prioritize tasks, and coordinate department leads and foremen
  • Meetings & Reviews: Organize internal coordination meetings, design reviews, and project kickoffs
  • Technical Support: Assist Controls, Plumbing, and Engineering teams with drawings, documentation, and workflow coordination
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones; proactively resolve risks or conflicts
  • Customer & Vendor Communication: Ensure timely updates and effective issue resolution
  • VDC & BIM: Support coordination and quality control during implementation
  • Process Improvement: Help refine templates, workflows, and documentation standards


Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)

  • Support VDC, fabrication, and prefabrication workflows
  • Coordinate shop-ready handoffs and improve shop productivity
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Complete TAB on jobs where not required by the architect, engineer, or City of Billings

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of project management or project coordination experience (HVAC preferred)
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software
  • Working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
