We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and successful deployment of our Hart solutions. This role will be the owner of our implementation projects - working closely with clients to set requirements, timelines, and clear expectations. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and operations to drive project milestones and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
As the primary point of contact for client-facing implementations, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from kickoff through deployment. This includes managing resources, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure
client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Develop project scope, plans, timelines, and budgets for data implementation projects.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive project outcomes, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within scope.
- Identify business requirements and translate them into actionable data implementation plans.
- Ensure project tracking tools are up-to-date and accurate to provide visibility into resource allocation and project status.
Stakeholder Management:
- Be the primary contact for the customer during the project.
- Collaborate with business units and functional teams to understand their data needs and requirements, project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
