The role Project Coordinator or Project Manager


eurOptimum is looking for an organized and efficient Project Coordinator/Manager to join our team. This position requires someone who is detailed-oriented, resourceful, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


This position may be filled at either the Project Coordinator or Project Manager level, depending on experience and scope of responsibility. Compensation will be aligned with the level at which the successful candidate is hired, along with benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.


This role is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office; however, in the first few months the incumbent will find themselves full-time in the office where they will learn the most and receive hands-on training.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Execute full-cycle project coordination including assisting with design, manufacturing details and specifications, installation planning and coordination, and after sales service;
  • Assists the department with quoting and estimating by gathering information, specifications, and related documents; and identifying labor, material, and time requirements;
  • Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders and ensure customer service standards are maintained and clients needs are satisfied;
  • Build and foster relationships with suppliers as required;
  • Develop strong, long-term strategic relationships with clients;
  • Develop knowledge of current industry practices, use of materials, and competition;
  • Source new suppliers and installers as required;
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient, and streamlined department;
  • Update current processes and put practices into place;
  • Coordinate all phases of multiple projects;
  • Maintain and update project documentation as required;
  • Perform additional duties and functions as delegated by department management.


Skills and Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a Project Coordination function;
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent;
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills you must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
  • Understanding of technical drawings, floor plans, manufacturing processes, and various materials is highly advantageous;
  • Must be proactive, communicative, and able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and a fast learner;
  • Possess a natural knack for solving problems;
  • Ability to maintain good communication with team members, clients, andvendors;
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and creative;
  • A team player who is self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and able to handle many tasks simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and courtesy;
  • Proficient knowledge with a CRM system, preferably NetSuite;
  • Flexible attitude, ability to learn quickly, and perform well under pressure.
