CCG Special Projects directorate provides a core capability that differentiates CCG and houses a wide portfolio of work that spans various customers. We expect our SPSO’s to be at the forefront of new ideas, actively participate in the operations cycle, assist with developmental activities, and always look for ways to improve the effectiveness and quality of operations.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute cutting edge operational support activities in support of customer requirements.
  • Assist with mission analysis to provide customers with novel operational support concepts and assist with the deployment of the chosen course of action.
  • Utilize appropriate risk management and tradecraft methodologies in support of customer requirements.
  • Provide critical and relevant input on operational policies, regulations, and TTP’s
  • Draft mission specific SOP’s and TTP’s related to operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance.
  • Possess expertise in a unique skill set (logistics, acquisition, tradecraft, due diligence, marketing, social media, etc…).
  • Ability to integrate the unique skill set within the information environment and be capable of operating in a commercial setting.
  • Familiarity with technology and the internet ecosystem.
  • Understanding of basic networking, internet protocols, mobile technologies and applications, VPS, VPN, and cloud computing technologies.
  • Proficient with current software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc…
  • Ability to clearly articulate and document standard processes.
  • Possess a drive for excellence and quality; ability to place team success before self.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Operational experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a unique skill set.
  • 2+ years of experience operationally utilizing the internet ecosystem.
  • Experience conducting physical tradecraft and/or commercial operations.
  • Experience in the use of Risk Management methodologies.
