Job description

Job Brief
General Clerk III - Acquisition
OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a General Clerk III- Acquisition and Procurement Support in Saint Petersburg, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Use scanning software for document imaging and records management.
  • Perform accurate data entry.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide customer service support.
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail; process mass mail-outs.
  • Scan, file, and maintain documents in accordance with agency procedures.
  • Support timekeeping processes and ensure accurate record maintenance.
  • Assist with travel and logistics coordination in compliance with federal travel regulations.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Government Acquisition and Procurement Responsibilities:
  • Assist with contracts administration coordination, development and review of contract requirements packages, market research, and data entry for acquisition and procurement activities.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking all program acquisition activities involved in the acquisition and procurement of goods and services.
  • Create requisitions in acquisition systems such as PRISM, review requirements documents, assist with tracking acquisition actions, and assist with documenting and developing procurement strategies based on past procurement and acquisition actions.
  • Provide input into monitoring of acquisition workflow processes from development through submission of complete requisition packages and advise the Administrative Officer of significant actions or problems, and seek resolution.
  • Assist with developing recommendations to solve acquisition workflow process problems; and apply acquisition management principles to guide acquisition accomplishment through the various phases of the acquisition cycle.
  • Participate in meetings to communicate acquisition and procurement priorities.
  • Support the government purchase card program by performing market research and reviewing purchase card files for completeness and accuracy prior to approval.
  • Prepare, analyze, review and consolidate recurring report requirements using established statistical data from internal systems.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining statistical acquisition data for reports using automated systems.

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 1-3 years
