JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Success Manager for Abstrakt Marketing Group is responsible for ensuring that all clients who are working with our Cloud Solutions department are completely satisfied with their service. This individual will hold bi-monthly meetings with all clients to ensure roadmaps are established and maintained. He or she will also consult clients on Salesforce best practices to ensure the platform is being used by clients to its full potential.

The ideal Client Success Manager has extensive working knowledge of Salesforce and understands how our solutions are intended to help clients. This individual is solution-oriented, creative, and a critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. In this role, your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of Abstrakt and the success of our current Cloud Solution clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hold monthly meetings with all clients to ensure a roadmap is established and maintained.
  • Adapt client existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Manage the fulfillment of Virtual Salesforce Management work across the team.
  • Project manage projects as they come up and use the necessary internal or external resources to complete in a timely manner.
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor; may interact with peers and/or management-level employees at a client’s business and/or at Abstrakt.
  • Consult clients on best practices and how to maximize their Salesforce utilization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
  • Understanding of key SFDC architecture
