Job description

The Residential Project Manager will oversee residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves close coordination with clients, contractors, and team members to manage all phases of the project effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize small residential construction projects
  • Oversee project budgets and control costs
  • Coordinate teams and communicate with clients regularly
  • Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout project phases
  • Allocate resources efficiently and assess potential risks
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Develop site plans, permits, perform estimating, and maintain safety compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in construction project management

All American Dream Homes, specializes in cottage, retirement homes. We offer Wausau, Panelized Homes, Stratford Modular Homes and Manufactured. Over 6 homes are always completely finished and furnished at our display center. Once a customer finishes designing their new home from the Sales/Design Team then the General Contracting Department will get a take off for site evaluation of their property and the process begins for this position to estimate/complete the project on-site costs.
