Company: The Boldt Company
Anticipated Salary: $165,000 - 225,000
Position Overview
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Scheduling Manager to lead, develop, and grow our Data Center Construction Scheduling team across the Midwest. This is more than a scheduling leadership role-it's a rare opportunity to help build a best-in-class scheduling program within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
As a Senior Scheduling Manager for The Boldt Company Data Center team, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for directing the development of integrated project and program schedules, coordinating schedule inputs across complex hyperscale data center projects, and guiding baseline, update, recovery, and time-impact analysis processes throughout the project lifecycle. Working within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, you will influence executive decision-making, mitigate enterprise risk, and help accelerate speed-to-market delivery for some of the industry's most complex projects.
What makes this opportunity unique is the ability to make a lasting impact. You'll help shape the future of our scheduling function as a team for years to come. From developing team capabilities and establishing scheduling standards to mentoring future leaders and building organizational expertise, you will play a pivotal role in defining how Boldt delivers data center projects.
You will be responsible for creating and overseeing program schedules throughout every stage of the hyperscale data center lifecycle, identifying innovative ways to optimize sequencing and reduce overall project durations, and leading the growth and development of a high-performing scheduling team. For the right leader, this is a chance to leave a legacy by building both projects and people while helping drive the continued expansion of Boldt's data center business.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $164,810 to $224,183 annually. This range reflects anticipated base salary based on current market data. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
