Job Summary:
Essel is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Your expertise in scheduling will be critical in coordinating resources and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project schedules using project management software, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project tasks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against the schedule, identifying any variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Facilitate regular scheduling meetings with project teams to assess progress and adjust schedules as required.
  • Prepare and present scheduling reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks related to scheduling.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to project scheduling activities.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in construction or engineering environments.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6), with a strong understanding of project management principles.
