Job Title: Project Reporting Specialist Location: Orlando, FL Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Overview System One is seeking a Project Reporting Specialist for a full-time position in Orlando, FL. The Project Reporting Specialist serves as a key operational and administrative support resource for Field Services and Outage Technologies & Processes. This position is strategically aligned to support field personnel, project stakeholders, and outage initiatives through document control, final field report processing, outage inventory audit, onboarding coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key operational and administrative support resource for Field Services and Outage Technologies & Processes.
  • Process Final Field Reports, reviews, and compile to ensure all requirements are met; route based on completeness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders within the Final Field Reports phases.
  • Track Final Field Reports queue, follow up with individuals, escalate where necessary, and work to reduce turnaround time to meet contractual 30-day goals.
  • Improve processes and communication for Final Field Reports; communicate status updates weekly to stakeholders.
  • Own, implement, maintain, train, and facilitate SOPs, WIs, and JAs related to Final Field Reports.
  • Assist in construction, management, and storage of physical drawing books for outages.
  • Prepare technology audits before and after outage seasons; locate missing items; communicate replacements.
  • Participate in pre-outage planning and implementation meetings.
  • Follow document control, archival, and retention processes per department and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding process of new hires with training department.
  • Assist with clothing orders, webstore revamp, and report surveys related to webstore items.
  • Support branding, document control, and utilize technology to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Participate and facilitate department and project initiatives, support continuous improvement, and participate in training programs.
  • Travel overnight by land and/or air less than 10% as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution with at least two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage document control, process improvement, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Computer proficiency in relevant tools and platforms used for reporting, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to participate in training and adhere to safety policies.
  • Valid driver's license and passport in good standing.
