Job description
- Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets, and manage project execution from initiation to closure.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within allocated funds.
- Work with various teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Negotiate contracts, manage contractor performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure Service Providers are maintaining the building and equipment according to the contracts and scope of work.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, prepare status reports, and manage documentation related to project progress.
- Keep track of all reports from Service Providers for reporting to Landlord and regulatory bodies.
- Perform hands-on work as needed to complete small projects, including drywall repair, patching and painting, plumbing repairs, furniture relocations and repairs, small installations, and general labor tasks.
- Creating and/or modifying scope of works as needed to cover any changes in services required by the management team and/or Landlord/ regulatory bodies.
- Ensure project quality, conduct inspections and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budget.
- Evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
